Did you know that the UK is used extensiveley for film sets? It's true, and not just home grown epics either. You could be treading in the star-studded footsteps of the rich and famous, completely unaware, in locations all over the UK which have become larger than life thanks to the movies.

Films as diverse as "Shakespeare in Love", "The Full Monty" and Harry Potter have benefitted from this 'green and pleasant land', which has endowed some of its own special magic upon the hollywood tinsel. And it's not just a recent trend. As far back as 1935 the joy of dangling beneath the Forth Bridge in Scotland was bestowed upon one such adventurer.

Neither should you be mis-led by the title. An American werewolf was also in Wales!

Come with us now to discover some of the back-lots of the UK, which have become the stage props of the imagination.
